What Steps Needed to Follow to Transfer PattaChitta?

Step #1: The interested consumer who plans for property transactions can contact the village administrative officer or the taluka office for PattaChitta.
Step #2: Submit the PattaChitta Transfer application to the respective Tehsildar office.
Step #3: On the basis of documentation submitted together with the application and inspection of the properties specified, the application will be approved or rejected.
The Tamil Nadu government officially declared the transfer of PattaChitta. Once the transition is complete, it will be available on the government’s official website. After submitting Chitta transfer information, you will obtain a reference number and request Id.
How to Check the Status of Patta Chitta Online?
Step #1: Individuals can check the status of PattaChitta online by visiting the official Tamilnadu Land Revenue Website https://edistricts.tn.gov.in/revenue_report/status.html.
Step #2: Applicants get an Application ID at the time of submission of application.
Step #3: Enter the same ‘Application ID’ and type the ‘Captcha Values’ for human authentication checking process.
Step #4: After entering the Application ID and Captcha Image Values, the user should click on the ‘Get Status’ button.
Step #5: The new webpage will show the status of your PattaChitta transfer application.
