I personally would not invest more than 0.25% of my portfolio in Indiabulls Housing, until its financials improve. The company needs to post better results for atleast 3 to 4 quarters, before I invest in bulk in this company. For someone looking to make short term gains, Indiabulls housing is a great pick at the current market scenario, but for long term, I would not invest in Indiabulls Housing finance.

Good news is that Indiabulls Housing Finance has fully repaid its ₹2,232 crore external commercial borrowings from 2018. As a result, the company is now poised for future growth and expansion of its assets under management.
